Cancellation Policy

"Design Studio Hours" Service Policies 1. Payment: Payment for the "Design Studio Hours" service must be made in full before the scheduled booking date. This payment covers the consultation fee with Michelle Lisac Interior Design and does not include any additional deliverables or products. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the booked appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. 3.Limitation of Responsibility: Michelle Lisac Interior Design, LLC will not be held responsible for: The means, methods, or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation, assembly, or safety precautions in connection with any advice or information given during the "Design Studio Hours" consultation.
